All U.S. race registrants must register online.

Only applicants living outside the U.S. who do not have a credit card may register by mail. Please download and complete this Entry Form and mail with your payment to:

Note to Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike Race lottery applicants: include a check for $15 (in U.S. dollars) made out to Leadville Trail 100 with your application. If you are accepted into the race, a $275 entry fee will be due by February 28, 2010.

For all other races or events, please include a check (in U.S. dollars) for the appropriate entry fee.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RACERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Important: A signed Parental Consent form will be required at race check-in for entrants under the age of 18. Print this form, complete it, and bring the signed original with you to race check-in before your event.

Important: All Leadville Trail 100 mountain bike racers are required to sign the USA Cycling release and waiver. Print this form, complete it and bring the signed original with you to race check-in before your event.
