Trail Day - July 18, 2009 Volunteer Release and Waiver

This is a release and waiver. Please read it carefully. Signing it does away with any claim for injury.

I, , who as a volunteer for the Leadville Trail 100, do, for myself, my executors, heirs, administrators, and assigns, release and discharge the Leadville Trail 100, Bureau of Land Management, International Mountain Bicycling Association, and the United States Forest Service, any and all sponsors and all volunteer groups or individuals, Lake County, City of Leadville and the San Isabel National Forest. I understand that volunteering for Trail Day can involve particularly hazardous and dangerous work. I understand that many different conditions can be present, each causing difficulties. I certify that I am aware of the conditions and regulations and will comply with them. I grant my irrevocable permission to the Leadville Trail 100 and its authorized agents, to use my name and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any record of my participation in the event.
